Kampack Group will invest $ 5 billion to build petrochemical project in the Philippines

According to the "Manila Bulletin" on Oct. 24 reported that in the thirty-ninth Philippine Business Conference, the Chairman Kampack International Amber Charles Rich announced that early next year will begin with a $ 5 billion investment in five years in the Philippines building a "Energy City", the project will include an LNG regasification plant, a petrochemical plant and a water plant, employees will reach 800 million 1000-1. Amber Rich here and met President Aquino, Vice President Binay, also with the Philippine Chamber of Commerce signed a memorandum of cooperation. It is reported that the project's location may elect in Bataan Freeport, covering about 100 hectares.
